An enjoyable experience for everyone is #2.
This can only be accomplished if we can properly plan by knowing how many volunteers are coming and their skill level. Also it is important to be on time so all jobs and rules can be covered one time! Workdays start promptly at 8 a.m.

SKILLED VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TOO!
We are looking to assemble a small crew of moderate to highly skilled workers to help 1 or 2 days each week. Please let Jean know you are skilled and interested in helping with this project as part of the week day crew.
We would also like to call on some of these same skilled volunteers to be team leaders on the Saturday Blitz Build days. Your help leading a small group of less skilled workers is critical to the success of the build.
