Festival of Trees was an awesome event raising nearly $2,000 for Habitat for Humanity in December '08 After the event taking a year off, it came back strong in 2008. We learned alot and look forward to an even bigger and better event in December 09. The highlight of this years event was when the Owner of Monroe's Radio Shack purchased and then redonated a beautiful christmas tree to one of the Habitat Families. The spirit of Christmas spread throughout the room with the generous gesture.
This event is a social gathering to be held every year at the Ludlow Mansion. The evening includes a silent auction and dinner. The money raised is distributed between the three charities within Green County
